Refund & Cancellation Policy

How cancellations work and when refunds apply — processed securely by Paddle.

Last updated: July 26, 2026

1. Overview

SulamX Pro subscriptions are sold by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles your checkout, billing, invoices, cancellations, and refunds. This means every refund is processed through Paddle, and Paddle's own Buyer Terms and refund policy apply to your purchase. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under Paddle's policy or under applicable law.

We want you to feel confident trying SulamX Pro. If something isn't right, reach out — we'll help.

2. Statutory Withdrawal Right

If you are a consumer in a country that provides a legal "cooling-off" or withdrawal period, you can request a full refund of your first subscription payment within that period, no questions asked:

  • 14 days — European Union / EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, and Israel

  • 7 days — South Korea, Brazil, Canada, and China

  • 5 days — Singapore

In plain language: if you live in one of these regions and change your mind shortly after your first purchase, you are entitled to your money back. The window starts on the date of your first payment.

3. How to Request a Refund

You can use either path — both work:

  1. Email us at info@sulamx.com, or

  2. Contact Paddle directly via the link in your email receipt, or at paddle.net (Paddle's buyer support portal).

To speed things up, please include:

  • The email address you used at checkout

  • Your Paddle receipt or order number

  • A brief note on the reason (optional, but it helps us improve)

Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing typically takes a few business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription vs. Requesting a Refund

These are two different things:

  • Cancellation stops all future renewals. You can cancel anytime through the link in any Paddle receipt email or by emailing us. When you cancel, your access to SulamX Pro continues until the end of the period you've already paid for — you lose nothing you've paid for.

  • Refunds return money already charged. Renewal payments and partial billing periods are generally not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise or in cases of billing error (for example, being charged after a confirmed cancellation).

Tip: if you don't plan to continue, cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

5. Access After a Refund

SulamX Pro runs on TradingView through invite-only access tied to your TradingView username. When a refund is issued, that access is revoked and the indicator will no longer be available on your account.

6. Disputes and Chargebacks

Before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank, please contact us or Paddle first. We resolve almost every issue faster than the chargeback process, which can take weeks and may temporarily lock your access while it's investigated.
